Narrow Corridor

Narrow Corridor

Why is it called the Narrow Corridor? When danced correctly it should be a long, thin step giving you the ability to (threoretically) dance it in a ‘narrow corridor’.

Followers should aim to turn under the leader’s arm as late as possible to give the step pattern more style and feel. The same way we do in our Narrow Corridor in the Cha Cha and the Salsa.

Here are some tips for the Narrow Corridor in Salsa. These tips for the follower apply in both dances.
