Balance and team work are the key to this fabulous Rock ‘n Roll favourite!

Start with the Yoyo from Level 1 Rock ‘n Roll into a double hand hold position for balance. This will help to create ‘A-Frame’ and connection between you.

Then complete 4 sets of Toe Heel Swivels. Once you become confident you can start playing with the number of sets you dance but it must always be an even number.

Here’s a little practise video to help you with your Rock ‘n Roll swivel action. Practise against a wall or a bench top.
