Visas
Kenya:
It seems to be a very easy-to-use system. You don’t even need to type in your passport number, it detects it when you upload your passport photo.
Best to do it on a device with a camera as it takes a selfie! But…..it can only be used up to 3 months before arrival, so we have to wait. Tanzania:
https://visa.immigration.go.tz/
Not as easy as the Kenyan visa application, but still a pretty good system.
It was a bit fiddly trying to get my passport photo and a photo of my biometrics page below the 300kb file size limit.
You need to provide information on your hosts and arrival dates. See here:
https://tinyurl.com/25294ydmRwanda:
This is the easiest. Citizens of all countries get a visa on arrival – at all border posts, including the land border from Tanzania.
Important Notes:
– There will be small changes to the itinerary as we get closer to the date, and based on what happens on the ground when we get there.
– It’s important to take out your travel insurance when you book your tour. Don’t leave it until the last minute to book your travel insurance, because you want to be covered in case you need to cancel your trip due to a last-minute emergency at home.
