QS Outing to Cue Bar: Acoustic Fix Sunday 30th April 2023 – It’s been a while since the QuickSteps community has gone out to a bar or a pub to boogie to a live band. Well, that time has returned! Sunday 30th of April we will be heading to Cue Bar on Norwood Parade to listen to Acoustic Fix.
This event is perfect for dance lovers looking to enjoy great company, music, and a relaxed social atmosphere. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just starting, it’s a great opportunity to practice your moves, meet fellow dancers, and have fun.
These guys are the masters of soft rock/pop covers- think IceHouse, Beatles, Stevie Wonder, and Tina Turner. The dance styles you should prep in advance will be rock n roll, swing, rumba, and maybe a cheeky cha. The band starts at 4:30 pm and plays through until 7:30 pm so wear your comfiest pair of dance shoes! Cue Bar doesn’t serve food but, being on the Parade, there are plenty of places to head for dinner afterward.
Cue Bar provides the perfect setting for a casual yet lively night, with plenty of space to dance and enjoy the tunes. Acoustic Fix will set the mood with their incredible live performances, making this a night to remember.
