1. You will receive an email and SMS with your lesson details

2. If you need to change your lesson time, please let us know as soon as possible, otherwise your teacher will be unable to book anyone else in. You can email/SMS or call us to let us know.

3. Ideally arrive 5-10 mins before your lesson time and introduce yourself when you arrive.

4. When the group class is about to start, the teacher will announce it loudly!
